Riding 8/29/08

         

This is a picture of Riptide. He was the first horse rode at the barn. This is a picture of my friend Rabecca she helps me clean the stalls and we also ride together.  The other picture is of the padic and the gates to the field. 

On a normal day at the barn I get there at 9:30 and I stay till 3:30. Sometimes I can't stay that late and I stay till 12:00.  We have a new foal and Wren is teaching us how to train him.  When we are training the foal we try to get him used to a saddle.  We also try to get him used to aerosal cans because when it is time to show you might spray pepe and you dont want them to get spooked.

Today I missed riding because it was raining so I basically chilled all day.  Tomorrow I am having my riding lessons unless it rains AGAIN.  My mom says I have to stay and work but i don't care.  My school work still has not come but it should be here soon, I hope. 

my new baby

Today I went to the mac store and got a new mac book for school and I named her Seira.  I love my new baby.  I am thinking about gradually paying my parents back so that she will officially be mine.  The first thing I have to do is get a case and skin for her so she stays gorgeous.  

I am going to start using this blog as an ongoing assignment from the master teacher MOM.  I will use it to write about the things I do this year.  For all of you homeschoolers out there I hope some of the things I write will be helpful for you.
